Product Details

Overview and full description for this product.

Conductive blast hose is a reinforced abrasive blast hose built for sand, grit, and shot blasting where static dissipation is required for safer abrasive transfer. Unlike standard non-conductive rubber sandblast hose, conductive blast hose incorporates a conductive rubber compound or conductive path so static charge generated by abrasive flow can be safely discharged through bonded couplings and earth points.

Conductive Blast Hose for Sand Blasting Machine is used on portable pots, blast rooms, shipyards, and fabrication yards where dry abrasive transfer can generate static and operators need a safer bonded blast line.

How Does Conductive Blast Hose Work?

Compressed air from the blast pot or plant header pushes abrasive media through the hose bore to the nozzle. As abrasive media travels through the hose at high velocity, friction can generate static electricity. A conductive tube or wall path allows charge to transfer toward earthed couplings and plant earth points, helping reduce static accumulation along the blast line. The outer cover remains weather- and abrasion-resistant for site dragging while the conductive construction supports bonded hose assemblies.

Worn or non-conductive replacement sections can break the bonding path. Replacing worn conductive blast hose with correctly bonded conductive assemblies restores both abrasion performance and static-dissipation continuity.

Types of Conductive Blast Hose

Conductive hose selection depends on bore size, conductivity path design, media type, bonding method, and site static-control requirements.

Conductive Blast Hose for Industrial Blasting

For sand blasting, grit blasting, and dry abrasive transfer where static control matters, conductive blast hose is the preferred bonded line from pot to nozzle. It pairs with blast couplings, nozzle holders, remote controls, and pinch valves for complete circuits. We also supply heavy-duty rubber blast hose, industrial sand blasting hose, and sized blast hose from 3/4″ to 2 inch blast hose from India.

Conductive Blast Hose Price

Conductive blast hose price depends on hose diameter, length, material quality, working pressure, and customization requirements. We offer competitively priced conductive blast hoses designed to deliver long service life, dependable operation, and enhanced workplace safety. Our Conductive blast hose price is low compared to others.

Conductive blast hoses are specially designed for abrasive blasting machine operation where safety, flexibility, and reliable performance are essential. Made with durable, conductive materials, these hoses help dissipate static electricity and reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge during blasting operations. Their robust construction provides excellent resistance to abrasion, wear, and demanding industrial conditions. Conductive blast hoses are suitable for sandblasting, surface preparation, paint removal, and other heavy-duty applications.

Choosing Reliable Conductive Blast Hose Manufacturers

Confirm tube abrasion grade, conductivity path, reinforcement type, true bore ID, working pressure rating, and coupling compatibility with your pot and nozzle. A reliable manufacturer helps match hose grade to your compressor CFM, media type, and site bonding requirements.

Match hose inner diameter to your nozzle bore and machine output — undersized hose restricts airflow and causes pressure drop. For ply rating, use 1-ply for light duty, 2-ply for general industrial blasting, and 4-ply for heavy continuous use. Share your nozzle ID, compressor CFM, working pressure, and hose length and our team will confirm the right specification before you place an order.

Standard abrasive blasting hose is typically rated for 10–12 bar (150–175 psi) working pressure. CFM demand depends on nozzle size and blast pressure — a 1/2" nozzle at 90 psi may need 175+ CFM. Always select hose rated above your maximum operating pressure and ensure your compressor and blast pot can sustain the required airflow without starving the nozzle.

Blast hose can be supplied bare (cut length only) or with couplings pre-fitted at one or both ends. Screw-type, quick-connect, and flange fittings are available to match your blast pot, nozzle holder, and machine connections. Mention your existing coupling type or share a photo when requesting a quote so we supply compatible fittings.

Standard bore sizes and common spare parts are usually ready for dispatch within a few working days from our Jodhpur facility. Custom lengths, special fittings, or bulk export orders may need additional lead time. Share quantity, specifications, and delivery location when enquiring and we will confirm availability and dispatch schedule.

Yes. We cut blast hose to your required length and fit end couplings in-house — screw-type, quick-connect, and flange options are available. Custom assemblies reduce on-site cutting and eliminate mismatched connections between hose, holder, and blast pot. Specify total length, coupling type at each end, and quantity when ordering.

Store hose coiled in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight, oil, and solvents. Avoid sharp bends, kinks, and dragging on abrasive surfaces during use. Inspect the outer cover and couplings regularly; replace hose when wall thickness wears thin or bulging appears. Proper care extends service life to hundreds of blasting hours on quality 2-ply hose.

Yes. We offer competitive volume pricing on sand blasting hose, shot blasting hose, nozzles, couplings, and spare parts for contractors, shipyards, fabrication shops, and distributors. Share your monthly or project-based quantity, product specifications, and delivery location for a tailored quote with bulk rates and repeat-order support.

For hose, mention bore size, ply rating, length, quantity, and whether couplings are required. For spare parts, share machine model, part name, or a photo of the component. Include delivery city or country, intended application, and contact details. The more specific your enquiry, the faster we can respond with accurate pricing and lead time.
